Happy Monday!  Do you have today off for the Veterans Day holiday?  I am self-employed so I could have the day off if I wanted it, but I am feeling like this week is going to be so busy I better head into the office and put my shoulder to the wheel to stay on top of things.  Did you have a good weekend?  I planned to get a bunch of stuff done at the studio to prepare for Open Studios and instead I just felt very overwhelmed and almost paralyzed.  There was no creative flow and I ended up in a bad mood because I wanted to get stuff done but just couldn't.  I don't like those days.  And then I was in such a bad mood that I wanted to eat ice cream.  And sometimes when I get into moods like that I have to think about things I like so that I realize I am not a miserable person and there are things that I enjoy and make me happy.  Radiolab podcasts.  They are sort of nerdy and really interesting.  Chocolove almonds and sea salt in dark chocolate.  So good.  Watching TV.  And listening to music.  Right now I am on a Pedro the Lion kick.  Big time.  Here are some tunes for your Monday.
